Monitoring and Quality

Within the Home there are various systems which ensure that close monitoring is maintained on all of the Home’s services and procedures.

Attention to the smallest detail is pivotal to everything we aim to do.

An important part of the daily programme is to involve the Client and their relatives.

We regularly ask for comments on the Home, the staff and the service we provide.


We acknowledge the fact that many people have had pets for most of their lifetime and that they may wish to bring an animal with them when they move.

The Manager has a responsibility to all Clients with regard to Health & Safety.

This is not to say we do not permit pets in the Home, the Manger will treat each case separately and it will be based upon need and the number of pets already in the Home.



The Home has a telephone that Clients may use in private.
